Tips to Make Soft Chapattis



Roti making is one of the simplest things for most of the Indian women. The problem is to make soft chapattis. Follow some useful tips given here to make quick and soft chapattis.
1. Add a pinch of salt and a tsp of oil in the flour and mix warm water in small quantities to knead the dough.
2. Knead the dough until it is completely non-sticky. You can also use oil if required.
3. Make small balls and roll them on the pastry board with rolling pin
4. Put the rolled chapatti on griddle and cook it on both the sides
5. Take it off from the griddle and bake direct on gas from both the sides to puff it.
Apply ghee if you wish or directly serve the soft chapattis with vegetable of your choice.
You can also make the process easier and quick by using a chapatti making machine.
